Rescued and Restored
Located in Freelton, this 6,000 square foot showroom sells quality gently used furniture, household items, books and clothing donated by the local community. All profits from Rescued & Restored support Eagles Nest Association of Waterdown, a non-profit charitable organization. Over 40% of the charity’s operational budget is covered by Rescued & Restored.

Items must be clean and in good, re-useable condition with no rips, stains, mold/mildew, heavy pet fur or tobacco smoke.
Rescued & Restored welcomes donations daily, however there are some items we are unable to accept due to sanitary, legal and health & safety concerns.
These items include but are not limited to:
USED MATTRESSES & BOXSPRINGS
USED WALL TO WALL CARPETS
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS (E.G. PAINT)
INFANT EQUIPMENT (E.G. CAR SEATS, WALKERS, CRIBS AND STROLLERS)
TIRES AND AUTO PARTS
If you are unsure if we will accept your donation, please contact the store ahead of time. Since we have limited storage, we also appreciate when customers call ahead to let us know when dropping off furniture to ensure we can accommodate.

Rescued & Restored does offer pick up and/or delivery service for donated and purchased items for a nominal fee based on geographical region. Please call the store for specific details.
